We understand that plans can change. Here is how we handle order cancellations at RAME INFOTECH.
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled directly, but you can refuse delivery or initiate a return.
To cancel an order, please visit the "Track Your Order" section or contact our support team immediately at support@rameinfotech.com with your Order ID.
For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of the cancellation approval.
